Chardonnay
This is a crisply rendered, well- crafted mix of citrus, apple and pineapple. The palate is at once minerally and round and accompanied by light acidity that finishes dry. The lemony aromas make it a great aperitif or as an accent to grilled fish and cream sauced dishes.

Cabernet Franc
This medium bodied red starts off jammy, with black cherry and clove notes before settling down and developing some interesting chocolate and coffee aromas. It is filled with young berry flavors and the finish is earthy yet elegant. Pair with rustic fare like ribs or grilled chicken.

Cabernet Sauvignon
This medium bodied blend features a strong barrel nose and flavors that glide between dark stone fruits, earthy herbs and tobacco. It is fairly complex in structure and depth, and is balanced, soft and supple. It is an excellent accompaniment to roast pork and garlic dishes.

Merlot
This medium bodied red offers accents of dried herbs and black cherries in a supple, harmonious blend that is true to character.
